Maintenance Manager

Tasks: Coordinate and direct all maintenance activities Tracking, performance, and communication of Maintenance metrics Promote safety in the entire department and across plant operations Partner with and assist the Engineering team during installation and rearrangement of equipment Facilities management, including environmental management Expand the cost-effective application of predictive maintenance technologies to improve existing asset availability. Ultimately responsible for plant maintenance, Up-Time, PM's, and operating equipment, and Maintenance capabilities/training Assure TPM program compliance Participate and support continuous improvement and our Lean Flex-Flow culture Self-starter with the responsibility of managing the continuous improvement process of the maintenance department Requirements: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED AND 10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. OR Associates degree AND 8 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. OR Bachelor's Degree AND 6 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. A Master's Degree in required field = Credit given for 2 years of work experience. A PhD/Doctorate in required field = Credit given for 3 years of work experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field. 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on experience with PLC's, control logic, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of automated production equipment Total Productive Maintenance TPM certification Experience with Reliability-Centered Maintenance, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma analytical problem solving tools Proficient knowledge of Shop Floor Display and SAP Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other applications which may be utilized in the performance of their job duties Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US Publication ID:US67051108_E1

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
