Supervisor - NEMA

This person will be an additional resource for shift management. Will supervise production employees and direct their work. This will be a second or third shift position.
Professionals ( > 2 years of work experience)
The successful candidate will coordinate the daily work of employees in the assigned department with a continual emphasis on safety, quality and productivity in the delivery of products and services to the customer, both internal and external
High School Diploma or GED AND 4 years' of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Associates degree AND 2 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's Degree
A Master's Degree in required field = Credit given for 2 years of work experience.
A PhD/Doctorate in required field = Credit given for 3 years of work experience
Associates degree in Engineering or a technical field.
5 years' experience in motors or grinders.
Previous management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Possess working knowledge of BUS and SFD.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Excel.
Possess good verbal and written communication skills and have a proven track record of success.
Be a champion of continuous improvement and will have demonstrated a long standing commitment to safety and the promotion of a safe work environment for co-workers.
Must have a focus on customer satisfaction at all levels.
This job will on occasion require varied hours and days and will entail periodic off-site education.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
